ABAM WM organized an Awakening Program for Associate Pastor Women and Women Ordained Ministers within the ABAM organization from February 28 to March 2, 2025, in Impur. The theme of the event, ”Asen Atep Tiptemdi” (Keeping Our Kitchen Organized), was based on Esther 4:16.
The program emphasized the importance of effective ministry, which is rooted in an individual’s connection with God. The internal struggles that many individuals face can be some of the toughest challenges to overcome, often preventing them from realizing their true calling.
Recognizing the need for a timely awakening, this event aimed to provide valuable opportunities for both personal and professional growth to enhance ministry effectiveness.
A highlight of the program was the Morning Prayer Festival, which took place from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM on March 1, 2025. The prayer festival specifically focused on the ongoing issue of Christian persecution in Chhattisgarh, offering prayers for strength and organization, enabling attendees to serve as effective servants of God.
The event featured prominent speakers including Rev Kilang Jamir from Dimapur, Mrs Temsula Lemtur, Former Secretary of ABAM WM, and Rev Dr Prof Mar Pongener, General Secretary of NBCC. The core message was the importance of maintaining a personal relationship with God while stressing the need for an organized family life and a prioritized ministry to elevate the effectiveness of spiritual outreach.
A total of 135 leaders, including Associate Pastor Women and Women Ordained Ministers from 120 churches and one fellowship, attended the program.
The ABAM WM looks forward to seeing well-organized individuals who can significantly impact the kingdom of God.
