Kohima, 16 July (MTNews): Additional Deputy Commissioner Medziphema, P James Swu has cancelled the 11 July order where it asked all AADHAAR operators and Common Service Centres (CSC) operating under Medziphema sub division not to entertain change of address in the Aadhaar document of displaced Kukis from Manipur.
In the new order, the ADC advised all AADHAAR Enrolment Agencies, Nodal Officers in charge of verification of AADHAAR, AADHAAR Enrolment centers, Supervisors, operators to do due diligence and to strictly follow procedures as laid down by UIDAI while verifying fresh AADHAAR applications or demographic update.
He further asked the enrolment centers, Supervisors, operators to strictly check the documents issued by UIDAI and to further authenticate the antecedents. After the scrutiny, it shall be reflected in the AADHAAR ecosystem through the State Government portal of the concerned district, sub division or circle level.
