The Bright Morning Star Children Home Kohima (BMSCHK), under the auspices of IDEAL Charitable Society, today felicitated the successful HSLC and HSSLC candidates from the Home, with K Wango Langsym, Deputy Director of the Social Welfare Department, Nagaland, as the special guest.
Stating that perseverance is very important in one’s life, Langsym said that challenges and difficulties will come, but staying focused and not giving up in life, no matter what the circumstances are, “will help you reach your goals.”
He encouraged children to put God first, quoting the Bible verse, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all His righteousness will be added unto you.”
Earlier, Watisenla Walling chaired the programme, while Alenuo Angami gave a short speech.
