Kohima, 15 December (MTNews): The Chief Secretary of Nagaland, J Alam, IAS, launched “Not Just Another Bureaucrat: Temjen Toy As I Knew Him,” a biographical account on the life of Temjen Toy, the former Chief Secretary of Nagaland at Hotel Japfu today. The book is authored by Limawati Longchar, the former director of IPR, Nagaland.
During the launch, Limawati Longchar expressed the profound significance of the occasion, emphasizing that the book serves as a celebration of Temjen Toy’s life.
