The Chozubami Village Council, in collaboration with the Razuveh Hoho, Women Society, and all churches—together with the Village Council Chozu Basa—organized a felicitation programme in honour of Sanuzo Nienu, Director, Department of Agriculture, Government of Nagaland.
The programme was hosted by Chozuba Baptist Church on May 18.
During the gathering, Village Council Chairman Dusapra Nyekha, Head GB Zasevoyi Ringa, and representatives of Razuveh Hoho congratulated Sanuzo Nienu on his promotion to the post of Director.
Sanuzo Nienu, in his address, expressed his deepest reverence to God for His love and favour, acknowledging that it is only by God’s grace that he has been elevated to his current position.
He further expressed appreciation to the Village Council authorities and all the collaborating units for organizing such a grand event and extending kindness and blessings upon him.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Vesazo Riowho conveyed his gratitude to the village citizens for honouring his brother.
Senior Pastor Rev. Thepupa Swuro pronounced the act of blessing, and the Word of God was delivered by Rev. Vesavo Shijo, Pastor of CBC.
Earlier, the service was led by Sao Keyho, and a special song was presented by the Church Choir.
