The menu at Ekaa presents a wide array of delectable dishes that cater to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Food enthusiasts can anticipate tantalizing creations such as “Chicken soup for the Naga soul,” a flavorful soup infused with Desi chicken, bamboo extract, and floss. Another highlight is “Axone” featuring fermented soybean served with the choice of smoked duck or pumpkin. This dish is accompanied by “jungle juice,” a secret condiment-based concoction. Additionally, diners can relish “Micro potatoes” paired with aged and smoked pork, kholar beans, and Naga Mountain pepper, among other mouthwatering offerings.
