Mokokchung, 30 June (MTNews): The 8th Nagaland Shooting Championship 2023, featuring Small Bore Rifle/Pistol, Shotgun Trap, and Big Bore Rifle (NR) events, is set to take place at the Aries Sports Complex Shooting Range in Dimapur.
The championship is scheduled to be held from 24 to 28 July 2023, adhering to the rules and regulations outlined in the NRAI Match Book 2022 (amended), stated a circular from the NRA.
The event will be organized by the Aries Rifle and Pistol Shooting Academy, Khelo India Centre, and conducted by the Nagaland Rifle Association (NRA). Participants will compete in a wide range of events, including the following:
1. 10m Air Rifle
2. 10m Air Pistol
3. 25m Standard Pistol
4. 25m Pistol
5. 25m Rapid Fire Pistol
6. 50m Rifle Peep Sight Prone
7. 50m Rifle Open Sight Prone
8. Shotgun Trap
9. Big Bore Rifle Peep Sight Prone
