Mokokchung, September 26 (MTNews): Pursuant upon the 2-lane construction of NH-02 from KM 135 to KM 147 (Alichen to Sewak) and KM 156 to KM 168 (DEF to Yisemyong), Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh IAS has in a circular issued on Monday directed all the departments, private companies, organizations and public to remove or shift optic fibre cables, telecom utilities, electrical poles, water pipelines, structures, trees, etc., within the Proposed Right of Width (PROW) immediately.
It was informed that failure to comply will attract penalty provided under relevant sections of government law.
