The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, IAS has informed that in view of the poor bearing capacity of the sub-grade of NH 702D and until its upgradation to 2-lane NH, there will be a restriction on plying of overloaded truck/ dumper carrying wet sand along the said stretch of the highway with effect from the issue of this order until further notice.
