Mokokchung, 15 April (MTNews): Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh IAS has in a circular on Saturday informed all pensioners (life/family) of Mokokchung headquarters that, in order to facilitate printing of cards for Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS), operators shall be available from Monday, 17 April, during office hours from 10:00 AM onwards at the office of the Chief Medical Officer, Mokokchung.
It was informed that, if pensioners have already registered on the portal, they or their representatives are required to produce Aadhar Card and Family ID.
Further, if the Family ID has not been generated, the pensioner may come personally with Pensioner Payment Order (PPO), Aadhar card, and registered SIM card linked with Aadhar card.
