Mokokchung, September 19 (MTNews): In response to the observation made by the Rising People’s Party (RPP) concerning organizing ‘Medical Camp’ hosted by Seva – Pokhwala (Noble Social Service Organization), the Department of H& FW through a notification has clarified that “all CMOs and MSs were requested to co-operate and give assistance if required in the medical camp (which is in the interest of citizen’s health).” The clarification, signed by Principal Director of Health & Family Welfare, Dr. K. Vikato Kinimi, however, did not mention the RPP.
It further added that it was “never the intention of the department to order the Staffs to organize the Medical Camp in favor of any party or organization.” The Department further stated that any untoward misunderstanding was regretted.
