Kohima, September 29 (MTNews): The Directorate of School Education (DoSE), Nagaland has invited applications from State Regular Cadre Teachers having minimum teaching experience of 5 years and having good command over the subject for deployment to the Tele Education Wing of the Department of School Education, Nagaland, Kohima for a various number of posts.
The department informed that the Directorate of School Education Nagaland has proposed to launch 3 Dish TV Channels for strengthening and supplementing teaching of core subjects and also to provide support to enhance learning of students in all schools of Nagaland. This, according to the department, was in pursuance of the directives issued by the Ministry of Education, Government of India and Government approval vides Letter No. DSE/AIC/4-82/2019/450 dated 28th April 2022.
In this regard, applications have been invited for the following posts:
Nature of Work:
Teachers: Prepare lesson plans on respective subjects and teach for Online/TV telecast. Respond to issues/doubts of students and teachers through live shows and maintain interactivity through TV Channels and conduct feedback studies.
Academic Supervisors: Check the scripts/lesson plans, supervise during the recording of the video lessons and ensure that the video lessons are in conformity with the prescribed curriculum.
Videographer: Recording the video lessons at the recording studio.
Video Editor: Video editing, post production works and uploading videos to the server.
According to the terms of deployment, the selected teachers will be attached to the DoSE Tele Education Wing at the Directorate of School Education, Kohima and will have no additional remuneration/allowances for the discharge of duties.
Eligible and interested teachers have been asked to submit applications in the prescribed format at Room No. 415 at the Directorate of School Education, Kohima on or before 12th October 2022.
