The Department of School Education (DoSE), Nagaland, has directed all schools in the state—government, private, NBSE, CBSE, and ICSE—to submit details of students who are wards of foreign nationals or expatriates.
The directive follows a notification from the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) through Letter No. 25016/12/2024-25/NCPCR/EDU/DD40094 dated February 25, 2025. Schools are required to submit the information in an MS Excel file via the Activity Tab of the DoSE Nagaland Online School Monitoring Portal (school.dosenl.in) by March 11, 2025.
To ensure uniformity, schools have been instructed to download the sample MS Excel format available on the DoSE Nagaland Online Educational Services Portal (dosenl.in) and upload the completed file with the necessary details.
