An awareness camp on food safety for consumers and village authorities of Tenyiphe, Singrijan, and Sovima was conducted today at Sovima Council Hall.

The event was organized by the Food Safety Authority, Dimapur Zone, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland.

Samuel Zehol, Designated Officer cum Licensing Authority for Food Safety, served as the resource person, while technicians from Food Safety On Wheels gave a demonstration on the detection of food adulteration.
