The MLA also emphasized that the futsal ground is dedicated not only to Jakhama and Southern Angami but also to the entire Kohima district. He urged the youth to maintain discipline and take ownership of the facilities.

Additionally, he congratulated the 164 Naga Regiment football team for winning the Northeast Sentinels Football Cup in Shillong and commended Col Singh’s leadership.

Col Gaurav Singh, in his address, acknowledged that the idea for the project was proposed by MLA Sophie. He encouraged the youth to make full use of the futsal ground, avoid harmful substances, and emphasized that Sadbhavana, meaning “harmony,” is at the heart of the project’s mission to foster trust between the Army and the people.
