The Gorkha Students’ Union Dimapur (GSUD) on August 18 joined forces with the Dimapur Bengali Students’ Union today for a Candle March rally held in memory of Dr Moumita Debnath. The GSUD extended their gratitude and sincere appreciation to the Dimapur Bengali Students’ Union for successfully organizing and representing the peaceful Candle March rally.
“Your tireless efforts in bringing together students and community members to pay tribute to Dr. Moumita Debnath’s life and legacy are truly commendable,” the GSUD said in a press statement received here.
“The rally was a beautiful display of unity and respect, and we are grateful to have been a part of it,” it added, expressing optimism in continuing their collaboration and support for future initiatives.
