The Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Nagaland, has notified trainees who underwent training at various Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Nagaland during the 2023-24 period to apply for their stipend through the CTSS portal.
According to the department, eligible trainees from the one-year course (2023-2024) and the first year of the two-year course (2023-2025) can submit their applications online at CTSS Portal between April 15, 2025, and May 15, 2025.
Trainees facing difficulties in applying online have been advised to visit their respective institutes for assistance in the registration process. The department also clarified that trainees from the second year of the two-year course (2022-2024) do not need to reapply, as they are already registered.
Applicants must submit the following documents for registration:
· Passport-size photograph
· Front page of Bank Passbook
· Government ITI Identification Card
The department has further stated that failure to apply within the stipulated period will be the responsibility of the trainee.
