Sovima, 21 May (MTNews): Jersey unveiling ceremony for Inter District Senior Men’s Tournament was held on 21 May at Nagaland Cricket Stadium with the players, coaches and managers of the respective district teams, tournament committee members and host of dignitaries from Nagaland Cricket Association.
The Inter District Senior Men’s Tournament will commence from 22 May and will conclude on 29May.
The tournament will be played at two different venues viz, Nagaland Cricket Stadium and Sovima Cricket Ground and will be telecasted live on Nagaland Cricket Association YouTube channel. Live score updates will also be made available at CricHeroes App.
On the opening day of the tournament, Dimapur will take on Zunheboto at Nagaland Cricket Stadium while Niuland will take on Kiphire at Sovima Cricket ground at 08:00 AM.
Later, Wokha will take on Kohima at Nagaland Cricket Stadium and Chumoukedima will take on Tuensang at Sovima Cricket Ground at 12:30 PM.
The Nagaland Cricket Association has invited cricket fans to witness the tournament and be a part of the gentleman’s game.
Mokokchung will play their first match of the tournament on 23 May against Niuland at Nagaland Cricket Stadium at 8:00 AM.
