The Executive Secretary of Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM), Rev. Prof. Dr. Mar Pongener on Monday inaugurated a newly constructed ‘J.N Aier Prayer Tower’ at Impur Mission Centre. The prayer tower was constructed by the family of former Nagaland minister Dr. Benjongliba Aier of Yajang ‘C’ village, in commemoration of 150th year of Christianity in Naga Hills heralding the celebration of sesquicentenary. “This tower also marks the Aier Family’s profound love and gratitude to our Lord and Savior Jesus Chris who has bestowed his untold love and blessings upon us for three generations of association with Impur Mission Centre.”
The three-storied tower was inaugurated and dedicated in the presence of the donor family of Dr. Benjongliba Aier, ABAM finance & Property Secretary Rev. Wati Longchar, Yajang ‘C’ Village Council Chairman, M. Onen Aier, and ABAM president Rev. Sentisashi. The tower has been handed over to ABAM.
