Mokokchung, 13 January (MTNews): A joint rally of the Assam Rifles and armed forces ex-servicemen will be held in Mokokchung on 17 January 2023 from 10:30 am onwards at the Assam Rifles ground. The Director General Assam Rifles will be the chief guest of the joint rally, which is an all-Nagaland event.
According to an update received from the Assam Rifles, the key highlights of the rally encompass a range of services and facilities aimed at benefiting the ex-servicemen. These include:
CSD and ECHS facilities, distribution of gift items, free medical checkup by specialists, grievance redressal, State services, and other activities like cultural dance performances and pipe band displays.
The organizers are offering free transport, food, and accommodation to all attendees and have urged ex-servicemen to participate actively and take advantage of the wide array of services available.
