The Longmatra Area Students’ Union (LASU) and Longmatra Area Public Organisation (LAPO), along with leaders from the area, visited the Health and Wellness Centre (HWC) in Longmatra Town on Tuesday to assess its functioning and healthcare facilities and provide essential medicines.
During the visit, the organisations expressed satisfaction with the functioning of the health centre under the leadership of the Community Health Officer (CHO) and her team. They appreciated the commitment and efforts of the healthcare staff in providing services to the local population.
LASU and LAPO also assured the health centre of their continued support and encouraged the CHO and her team to maintain their dedication to serving the community.
The visit was aimed at supporting local healthcare services and improving access to essential healthcare for residents of the Longmatra area.
