Kohima, 26 April (MTNews): The Assam Kaziranga University and Kohima Science College signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Friday, April 26, at the Auditorium, Kohima Science College, Jotsoma, Kohima. The collaboration aims to achieve and enhance the promotion of research endeavors, providing students with a holistic educational experience that extends beyond the classroom, including Student Exchange Programs and Workshops.
Dr Temjenwabang, Principal of Kohima Science College, and Abhijeet Bharadwaj, Manager of The Assam Kaziranga University, presented the benefits and future plans of the MoU from both institutions. They highlighted opportunities such as research enhancement, academic contributions, seminars, panel discussions, conferences, publications, resource sharing, cultural exchanges, research collaborations, student mobility, and faculty development.
Bobby Roy, CMO and Dean of Admissions at The Assam Kaziranga University, emphasized the university’s vision to enable students to acquire skills and explore beyond knowledge, aligning with its motto, “Knowledge and Beyond.” He encouraged students to believe in themselves and aspire to global standards.
The ceremony concluded with the official signing of the MoU between Dr Temjenwabang, Principal of Kohima Science College, and Bobby Roy, CMO and Dean of Admissions at The Assam Kaziranga University.
