The Minister said the ambulances would be a collaboration between the community and the Department of Health and Family Welfare, with the responsibility for maintaining these life-support ambulances shared by both the PHC and the community.

Minister Imna Along also stated that, to help the two PHCs, technicians would be appointed, and under the LADP fund, drivers’ salaries would be earmarked since utilizing such funds for these kinds of needs was the right way to move forward.
