Ahead of the 25th Dr T Ao Trophy, scheduled to be hosted by Mokokchung in 2026, the Mokokchung District Football Association (MDFA) visited Changki Village, the native village of Dr T Ao, for a coordination meeting with the Changki Village Council on September 11. According to MDFA President, N Akok Longkumer, the meeting aimed to seek the blessing and support of the village council for the trophy, as well as to coordinate preparations for the prestigious tournament.
