Mokokchung, 20 August (MTNewsAMP): The Mokokchung District Volleyball Association (MDVA) has announced that it will be organizing the 16th Imchaba Master Memorial Nagaland Open Volleyball Trophy 2023 from 19th till 22nd September 2023.
The MDVA has also announced hefty cash prizes for the champions, runners-up and individual winners as well as participation grants to all the teams and travelling allowances too.
“Cash prizes carrying a sum of Rs 80,000/-, Rs 50,000/-, Rs 30,000/-, and Rs 20,000/- will be awarded to the champions, 1st, 2nd and 3rd runners-up respectively along with individual prizes of Rs 5000/- each for Best Spiker, Best Setter and Player of the Tournament,” the MDVA announced on Sunday.
MDVA further announced that all the participating teams, except for the final four, will be given Rs 5000/- each as participation grant. It was also announced that travelling allowances will be compensated to those teams from outside Mokokchung District.
Interested teams/clubs/associations may collect entry forms from Lim Counter Kohima, Mokokchung and Dimapur, which will be available from 23 August 2023. The last date for submission of entry form is 15 September 2023.
