Aboi, July 6 (MTNews): Hundreds of leaders from various towns and villages under 47 Aboi Assembly Constituency held a meeting on July 6 at Aboi Town Council Hall and after discussing at length, the leaders have strongly recommended and endorsed the leadership of incumbent MLA Eshak Konyak to be re-elected to represent Aboi Assembly Constituency in forthcoming Nagaland assembly elections 2023.

 

 

The meeting was held under the banner of Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party 47 Aboi A/C. The house expressed gratitude to the MLA Eshak for all round development of the constituency for the last ten years and hope that his visionary leadership will take the constituency forward. This was stated in a press release issued by Nyakwang Konyak, general secretary, NDPP, 47 Aboi A/C.

 

“The gathering also extends gratefulness to the honorable Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio, the NDPP President N. Chingwang Konyak and leaders of UDA coalition partners for having undertaken various developmental projects and programs to upgrade the area,” the release further said.

 

It was also reported that the meeting reaffirmed and resolved to “strengthen the NDPP party and strongly support and stand by the dynamic leadership of Neiphiu Rio and Eshak Konyak and work vigorously to culminate the election with victory in upcoming elections.”
