Model Christian College conducted a one-day workshop on “Tutorials: Unlocking Students’ Potential” for the faculty of the college on the 4th of February, 2025. The resource person for the day was Dr. Rajesh Babu Pammi, Assistant Professor at the Modern Institute of Teacher Education, Kohima.
Dr Pammi spoke about the various tools and techniques used by teachers for tutorial purposes. He specifically focused on the importance of teachers’ preparedness and emphasized the need for a well-structured approach to ensure a well-managed classroom and effective tutoring.
Simultaneously, resource persons from Mahendra’s Coaching Institute, Dimapur, delivered a career guidance talk to the students on how to prepare for competitive exams. They also provided tips and strategies to succeed in public exams.
The resource persons were Tsutsamo Ezung and Rieli Pa.
