Mokokchung, December 16 (MTNews): Football fans in Mokokchung will be able to watch the final match of the FIFA World Cup 2022 between Argentina and France on the big screen. A group of people calling themselves as ‘Mokokchung Football Lovers’ will be live screening the finale at Imlong Place on a giant LED screen. According to Arenlong, one of the organizers, the LED screen will be brought from Jorhat and there will also be live music and food stalls too.
Some of Mokokchung’s top talents headlined by the Tune Up Channel will perform live on stage before the final match. Lenen Jamir, Tiasola and Lipokmenla will also be performing on the night, it was informed.
The organizers have invited all football fans to come together to watch the game. It was also informed that the event is being promoted by Nagaland Rural Development Minister, Metsubo Jamir.
La Albiceleste, led by their talismanic forward Lionel Messi will face France, who are determined to defend their title, in the final clash set to kick-off at 8:30PM IST on December 18.
