The eagerly anticipated Miniso store in Mokokchung is scheduled to be inaugurated on 8 December. Currently, Miniso boasts stores in Chumoukedima and Dimapur, and Mokokchung is set to become the third outlet in Nagaland.
Dr Mughavi, formerly an army officer and now a non-practicing doctor, the store owner, shared his enthusiasm with Mokokchung Times, expressing that everything has been meticulously arranged, from the sales personnel to the manager.
He mentioned that they will commence the inaugural day with a brief prayer, and the doors will open to all at 9:30 am. The store is located in the MCCI Complex, Arkong Ward, Mokokchung, right opposite HDFC Bank.
“Though the excitement for this being my third store is comparatively less than the first, I can’t deny feeling a bit nervous. We sincerely hope for a positive response from the people, and that this positivity endures for the long run,” said Dr Mughavi.
