Mokokchung, 1 September (MTNews): In a collaborative effort to enhance public safety and well-being in Mokokchung district, the Mokokchung Police led by Additional SP Tumchobemo Yanthan and members of the Mokokchung Press Club held a meeting on 31 August to discuss ways to improve public safety and welfare in the district. The meeting was held at the Additional SP’s Quarter.
Apart from discussing emerging challenges and committing to work together for the community’s betterment, the meeting also pledged to promote safety, transparency, and community well-being.
The participants also explored topics such as crime prevention, fostering community engagement, promoting road safety, and encouraging responsible reporting in the media. The collaboration between the Mokokchung Police and the Mokokchung Press Club is rooted in their shared vision of making Mokokchung a safer and more prosperous place for all its residents.
