Wokha, 5 November (MTNews): The Lotha Naga Cultural Resource Centre of Mount Tiyi College, Wokha on Saturday, November 4, signed a memorandum of understanding with Lotha Academy, Wokha to further the shared goals of disseminating traditional knowledge, preserving the Lotha cultural heritage and promoting the Lotha indigenous language amongst the students’ community in particular and people of Wokha in general.
A short program was held in the IQAC Conference Hall of Mount Tiyi College where Dr Libemo Kithan, Associate Professor and Coordinator of Lotha Naga Cultural Resource Centre, Mount Tiyi College gave a brief introduction of the Cultural Centre and the purpose of collaboration with Lotha Academy, Wokha. The program was attended by Vice Principal, Sentimenla Jamir, and her colleagues from Mount Tiyi College, Wokha and Father Abraham, President and his colleagues from Lotha Academy, Wokha.
