According to an update from the FNR, the meeting resulted in the adoption of two resolutions. One of the resolutions was to “facilitate and strengthen the Council of Naga Cooperation and Relationship (CNCR).” As per the agreement signed by the NPGs on January 14, 2025, the Naga tribe bodies will formally join the CNCR as official participants, starting from the next meeting.

Secondly, the subsequent meeting of the Naga cultural tribe bodies, NPGs, and FNR is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22, 2025. The Naga tribe bodies have “earnestly request[ed] the highest leadership of the NPGs to attend this critical gathering.”

“Aligned with the CNCR, full cooperation from all parties is essential and deeply valued,” it added, while appealing to every Naga to “offer prayers and unwavering support for our shared cause.”
