Rio also highlighted the importance of flowers in the state, noting that flower arrangements have consistently enhanced the atmosphere of various festivals, meetings, and conferences.

The Chief Minister acknowledged the growth of the flower industry in Nagaland, particularly praising the women in the region for contributing to its commercial success. Additionally, he expressed gratitude to the financial institutions that have stepped up to provide loans to support the flower growers.
