Kohima, February 3 (MTNews): The Chief Electoral Officer Nagaland has informed that Hayithung Tungoe Lotha, an independent candidate, has filed his nomination papers today for 37 Tyui Assembly Constituency under Wokha district.
Since the announcement of election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly, he is the first candidate to file nomination on day-4. Filing of nominations ends February 7.
