The Nagaland Police will conduct the Oral Interview/Viva-voce for recruitment to 1,176 Constable (GD) posts at the district level across the state. This decision follows earlier announcements, including the original advertisement in September 2025 and subsequent addendums and notices issued in November 2025 and January 2026, the police said in a statement.
The dates, venues, and detailed schedules for the interviews will be announced later by the Departmental Recruitment Board through local newspapers, the official Nagaland Police website, and the recruitment portal.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website and recruitment portal and contact their respective district Recruitment Helpline for updates, queries, or clarifications.
The announcement was made by Videlalie Zashumo, IPS, Inspector General of Police (Administration) and Chairman of the Departmental Recruitment Board, Nagaland.
