Mokokchung, 30 April (MTNews): The Nagaland State Cooperative Bank will open three new branches at different districts of the state, the bank’s Vice-Chairman Kekhwengulo Lea has informed.

 

Lea said that the bank has received permission from the RBI as well as the state government and that the new branches will be opened in the month of May. At present, the bank has a network of 21 branches.

 

Lea had earlier said that the 21 branches of the bank have been a silent and unseen engine of growth for the state’s economy and will continue to do so as new branches are going to be opened in Noklak, Longleng and Shamator.
