In a landmark event showcasing the potential of India’s youth, three of Nagaland’s most prominent young leaders—Rishav Sethi, CEO of NITI Nagaland and celebrated motivational speaker; Themsao Khiamniungan, founder of Alomei Cosmetics; and Pangerkumzuk Longkumer, Founder and Director of NexusCipherGuard India, a renowned cybersecurity expert—made their mark at the National Youth Festival, Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2025, an update received here said.

Representing Nagaland as ‘Pathbreakers’, these youth icons joined their peers from across the nation to engage in thought-provoking discussions and collaborative efforts on a range of critical themes aimed at shaping the future of India.
The event comprised ten key tracks, each addressing a fundamental aspect of national development: Steering India Towards a Sustainable Future; Tech for Viksit Bharat; Making India the Start-Up Capital of the World; Vikas Bhi Virasat Bhi; Enhancing Productivity in Agriculture; Building Infrastructure for Viksit Bharat; Making India a Global Manufacturing Powerhouse; Making India a Fit Nation; Empowering Youth for Viksit Bharat; and Empowering Women and Enhancing Social Indicators.
“The dynamic trio from Nagaland immersed themselves in these discussions, exchanging ideas and exploring opportunities with other young leaders. Their insights and innovative approaches resonated deeply with the festival’s goals of fostering a Viksit Bharat (Developed India),” it said.
“Among the many highlights, Pangerkumzuk Longkumer, an acclaimed cybersecurity practitioner, stood out for his contributions on the importance of digital security in the modern age,” it added.
His expertise and vision caught the attention of the event organizers, leading to a prestigious invitation to join Prime Minister Narendra Modi for an exclusive lunch.
“This rare opportunity allowed Longkumer to share his thoughts on the future of cybersecurity in India directly with the Prime Minister and dignitaries, underscoring the critical role of technology in national development,” the update said.
“The participation of Rishav Sethi, Themsao Khiamniungan, and Pangerkumzuk Longkumer at the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2025 is a testament to the rising influence and capability of Nagaland’s youth. The Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue was held from 10-12 January 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
