Kohima, December 18 (MTNews): The National Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) unit of the 18 Chozuba A/C celebrated advent Christmas at Phusachodu Village under Phek district on Saturday hosted by intending candidate Kudecho Khamo & family.
An update from the party stated that the celebration marks the birth of Jesus Christ and also to strengthen the party in the constituency at the grassroots level. It informed that over 400 members representing various village and town units attended the celebration. The speaker for the occasion was Rev. Dr. Kedungulo Mero.
Intending NDPP candidate Kudecho Khamo addressed the gathering and urged the party workers to not let the ticket decide their leader but remain steadfast, work together so as to bring new change and all round development in the constituency.
