The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) has expressed sadness at the news of the passing of Dielepuü Metha, the grandmother of Abu Metha, Secretary General of the NDPP.
“Having lived to be a centurion, the love, prayers, devotion and sacrifices of late Mrs. Dielepuü is evident by the success and achievements of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren,” NDPP president Chingwang Konyak stated in a condolence message.
“While it is always difficult to bid adieu to a dear loved one, she lived a long and fulfilling life and is now in the presence of God almighty. May God continue to give comfort and strength to the members of the bereaved family as they come to terms with this sad loss,” Konyak added.
