Guides, Wokha
The Bharat Scouts & Guides (BS&G), Wokha, conducted an induction program on August 23, 2024, at the DC Conference Hall, Wokha. The program welcomed Vineet Kumar, IAS, as the District President of BS&G, Wokha, and Sr SDEO Z Chanbemo Kikon as the District Secretary.
During the induction ceremony, DC Wokha Vineet Kumar expressed his appreciation for being a part of this esteemed movement. He sought the support and cooperation of all members to uphold the institution’s name and principles. He expressed hope that with collective support, they would strengthen the organization and encouraged young students involved in BS&G to be dedicated, as their participation would help them become responsible individuals in the future.
The induction of the new District President and Secretary was conducted by Zuchanthung, District Organizing Commissioner (G). The program was chaired by EAC cum District Commissioner (G) Rosy Sangtam. During the event, BS&G of DBHHS presented a special song. The function was chaired by District Training Commissioner (G) K Abeni Ngullie, and the vote of thanks was proposed by IE Coordinator cum District Treasurer T Ezanthung Lotha.
