The Naga Mothers Association (NMA) has congratulated all the elected women councilors and unopposed women councilors of the Municipal and Town Councils in Nagaland.

The NMA said in a press release on Wednesday that they have created history on June 26, 2024, after a gap of more than twenty years.

“We hope they will give their best towards the development of their towns with integrity and commitment. We wish them all a successful tenure as the first batch of elected women councilors in the state,” the NMA said.
