The Government of the Peoples’ Republic of Nagalim (GPRN) has issued a formal Warrant of Arrest against Hekugha Chophy, Deputy Kilonser, following directives from the Dy Ato Kilonser and Kilo Kilonser. The warrant, issued on 26 September 2025 under Memo No 61-02/25-26/ARST-WRT/MKA/GPRN, instructs concerned Caretakers/CAOs of Angami, Chakhesang, Sumi, and the UT to coordinate with the Naga Army to apprehend the accused and produce him before the Ministry of Kilo Affairs within one week of the notice.
In an official appeal, the GPRN urged the general public and NNPGs not to shelter the accused, warning that anyone found providing support could face serious legal liabilities. The Ministry reiterated its commitment to ensure justice for the aggrieved victim, stating that it would “leave no stone unturned” in holding the offender accountable.
The order was signed by Q Swu, Secretary to the GPRN.
