In a recent development, the NSCN-K (Niki) has announced the discharge of Puloka Awomi, Under Secretary of the NSCN/GPRN, from active national service effective 29 August 2024.
An official order from the office of the Cabinet Secretary conveyed the government’s best wishes for Awomi’s future endeavors. The order highlighted that Awomi’s contributions to the Naga political struggle are appreciated and will be commemorated in the history of the Naga movement. The NSCN-K (Niki) acknowledged his service and noted that his efforts will be remembered and recorded in the annals of the Naga history.
