Mokokchung, 27 August (MTNews): In order to “gain a better understanding of the NTC and related matters,” the Nagaland Tribes Council (NTC) has scheduled a consultative meeting with the eight Apex Tribal Hohos. The meeting will take place at the Tourist Lodge in Dimapur on 30 August 2023 at 11:00 AM.
The NTC has requested the presence of at least two office bearers from each of the tribal hohos. The tribal hohos that have been invited include the Angami Public Organization (APO), Ao Senden, Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO), Lotha Hoho, Pochuri Hoho, Rengma Hoho, Sümi Hoho, and Nagaland Zeliang Public Organization (NZPO).
Additionally, the NTC has mentioned that any other relevant agenda items will also be discussed during the meeting. As such, they have requested for the hohos’ cooperation and active participation in the meeting.
