Vice Chancellor of Nagaland University (NU), Prof Jagadish Kumar Patnaik, felicitated the students of the university and their coach who participated in the All India Grappling Competition held at Madhyanchal Professional University in Bhopal.

 

 

One of the standout performers recognized during the event was Zeviepe Pulo, a student from the Department of Zoology who secured a Bronze Medal in the AIU National Grappling Championship 2023, under 54 weight Category. The championship, conducted under the supervision of AIU (Association of Indian Universities), took place at MP University in Bhopal on 19 April, 2023.

 

 

The felicitation ceremony, held to celebrate their remarkable achievements, was attended by Registrar Dr Abemo, Deputy Director (Sports) Mr Harish Tiwari, Finance Officer Mr Albert Khijho, Sports Coach Mr Amritpal Singh, and Secretary to VC Mr PC John.
