Subject: Non-release of Salaries for NSSB Selected Appointees in the Education Department

Respected Sir,

I am writing to you in my capacity as a concerned social activist to highlight the severe issues faced by the NSSB 2022 batch of selected appointees in the School Education Department. It has come to my attention that these dedicated teachers, who were appointed following a rigorous selection process, have not received their salaries since their appointment from the month August 2023, despite having received posting orders on 22nd November 2023.

Here are the pertinent facts and grievances:

1. Non-Payment of Salaries: Despite fulfilling their duties with utmost dedication and sincerity, these teachers have not received any salary to date. This delay has caused significant financial distress, affecting their ability to meet basic living expenses.

2. Questionable Budget Management: It is perplexing that the department proceeded with advertising and filling the vacant posts without securing the necessary budget for salaries. This raises serious questions about the financial planning and accountability within the department.

3. Impact on Mental and Emotional Well-being: The financial hardship caused by this delay is leading to immense mental and emotional distress among these teachers, who are struggling to make ends meet.

Given these facts, I strongly urge the department to: – Release the pending salaries at the earliest, along with interest for the delay, to compensate for the financial hardship caused. – Clarify how vacancies were advertised and appointments made without securing the necessary budget for salaries. – Take immediate and concrete steps to ensure that such delays do not occur in the future.

The teachers have shown remarkable patience and resilience despite these challenges.

It is imperative that their grievances are addressed promptly to maintain their morale and commitment to their profession.

Thank you for your understanding and prompt action on this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution.

Thanking you .

Yours faithfully,

  1. Nice weblog right here! Additionally your web site lots up fast! What web host are you using? Can I get your associate link to your host? I wish my web site loaded up as fast as yours lol

  2. I would also like to state that most people who find themselves devoid of health insurance can be students, self-employed and those that are jobless. More than half on the uninsured are under the age of Thirty five. They do not feel they are requiring health insurance as they are young plus healthy. Their own income is usually spent on property, food, and entertainment. A lot of people that do work either whole or part-time are not made available insurance via their work so they proceed without due to the rising tariff of health insurance in the United States. Thanks for the thoughts you write about through your blog.
