The play is about a young dreamer who leaves his village of ‘Oshi Yim’ for a new venture in a metropolis in order to achieve his million dreams and expectations.
However, city life eventually takes him over and engulfs him with the daily vicious routine, and he progressively forgets his native language, culture, and heritage.
He chooses to leave the city and start a new life in the countryside since he is tired of the routine mundane life in the city.
He wants to cultivate with his own people and revitalize his culture and customs.
Finally, when the young gentleman returns to his home land of Oshi Yim, he discovers that his village is not the same as the village he formerly knew.
The young guy could no longer comprehend or relate to his own language. He seems to have wound up in a foreign place.
He discovers that his own people were sinking due to other people’s languages and ways of life.
That regret plagues him till he meets a brave old wise man who has kept Oshi language, culture, and customs and is impatiently waiting for someone to endow the valuable heritage and pass it on to future generations.
