The Phek Town Council (PTC) celebrated the second anniversary of its formation on July 9 at Phek town.
PTC Chairperson Shevohu Nienu said the council remains committed to serving the people with transparency, accountability and dedication.
“With the continued support and cooperation of all the council members, we believe we can achieve greater milestones in the years ahead,” he said.
He also thanked the district administration, law enforcement agencies and NGOs for their support and commitment towards the development of Phek town.
Deputy Commissioner of Phek Rhosietho Nguori, Superintendent of Police Dr. Pritpal Kaur, Commandant of the 39th Assam Rifles Lt. Colonel Pabitra Mazumder, ADC and Executive Officer of PTC Thejakhrienuo Nisa, NCS, and several other dignitaries attended the celebration. Earlier, the programme was chaired by Seyieveto Lohe.
