Runway Nagaland, the pioneering jewellery brand from Northeast India, has taken a bold step into India’s luxury design circuit with its debut at The Kunj, New Delhi.

Recognised as one of the capital’s most exclusive cultural and lifestyle destinations, The Kunj brings together cutting-edge designers and heritage-inspired artisans, serving as a launchpad for brands that embody both tradition and modernity, an update received here stated.

Founded in 2011, Runway Nagaland specializes in indigenous-inspired jewelry from Nagaland, blending tradition with contemporary design. The brand has been recognized by the Government of Nagaland for its contribution and excellence in jewelry and art, and has received accolades from various government departments, civil organizations, and cultural bodies.

“By showcasing at The Kunj, Runway Nagaland positions its pieces not merely as accessories, but as luxury collectibles that tell stories of identity, craftsmanship, and culture,” it stated.

Union Minister of Textiles, Giriraj Singh, inaugurated The Kunj on 21 August 2025 – a premier retail and cultural hub dedicated to Indian handicrafts and handlooms, set up in Vasant Kunj by the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts).

The Kunj attracts global tastemakers, discerning buyers, and design enthusiasts who seek authenticity with sophistication. Runway Nagaland’s presence at the venue marks a proud moment for Nagaland and a significant leap towards placing its jewellery and craftsmanship on the global luxury map.

The brand stands by its philosophy: “Every artisan matters. Every craft has a story to tell.”
