Dimapur, September 9 (MTNews): Greenwood School Dimapur defeated Haryana by 5-0 to enter the quarterfinals of the ongoing 61st Subroto Cup sub-junior international football tournament on Friday evening.
After winning three matches, Nagaland tops the Pool F table with 9 points and progresses to the next round.
During the match, Kevisede was in the score sheet again scoring the first goal for Nagaland in the 10th minute. But the day belonged to Nisede who scored a hat-trick for the team finding the back of the net in 29, 41 and the 50th minutes.
Moulso also scored for Nagaland in the 43rd minute. While Assam won against Uttar Pradesh 3-0 to set up a clash against Nagaland team in the quarterfinals round. The teams will play on September 11 at 7 PM.
